Outfits
Random Outfits
- garments are randomly selected from the player's inventory
- preferences for the selection could be adjusted in the maid's room
- (picking them manually every morning seemed like a pointless chore)
- there are three different outfits:
- indoor
- put on every morning
- things worn in the tower and outside next to the tower
- outdoor
- put on in the main hall Get Dressed or automatically when fast travelling to an outdoor location (forest, meadows) (could be disabled in preferences)
- best
- Get Dressed Nicely or automatically when fast travelling to the town
- indoor
Preferences
- in the maid's room button Preferences
- sleep nude - maid could sleep nude or in a shift; the choice has no consequences
- garment ranking - only clothes of the selected rank are randomly put on
- (there was an idea that clothes would get damaged and destroyed so the player should not wear the fanciest, most expensive clothes to explore the dangerous forest. So far it was not implemented)
- exact matches
- enabled - when there is no garment of the desired rank (see the previous point), the player rather stays nude
- disabled - when there is no garment of the desired rank, the player wears a garment of any rank
- dirtiest garments first - should prevent all garments from being half-worn and half-dirty. When automatically randomly putting on clothes, game always selects the dirtiest garments so they can be worn until their dirtiness maxes out and are replaced by clean ones
- (feels like a rational thing; however I do not think there are any downsides if it is disabled)
- autowear when... - the outfit will be randomly put on every time the player uses fast travel
Completeness
- properly dressed
- wears bodice, skirt and shoes
- suitable for every social situation
- lightly dressed
- only chemise and stays
- skirt
- acceptable in informal situations
- underwear
- only either stays or chemise
- only either chemise or petticoat
- improper; people might notice, you might not be allowed to enter, the witch might be annoyed
- (it is so annoying and pointless to check if the player is nude during every event, so people usually do not notice or notice and will not be too bothered)
- topless / bottomless / nude
Rank
- the total rank of the outfit is calculated by averaging ranks of all worn garments
- the outermost garments have a double impact
- (it does not make sense to include garments completely hidden under other clothes; howerver, checking whether they are really completely hidden would be too complicated)
